Le nez évoque d’emblée le massepain (amandes), sur un registre presque pâtissier et évolue sur des notes de gâteaux financiers (beurre noisette). Après quelques temps d’aération, apparaissent des touches aromatiques de jus d’agrumes frais et d’épices douces. La bouche est croquante en attaque avec un joli fruité acidulé. La finale, est souple et gourmande et se termine sur des saveurs exotiques évoquant le litchi.
