Belle robe d’un beau jaune soutenu par d’intenses reflets verts-gris. Ce vin présente un bel éclat cristallin. Le premier nez révèle un ensemble de notes fumées et minérales de pierres de silex frottées associées à des notes de fruits blancs, le tout enveloppé par des senteurs de fruits secs grillés évoquant la noisette. La bouche est souple en attaque avec des saveurs de café vert et de fruits blancs. La finale élégante et fraîche évoque une compote acidulée et épicée de pommes et poires.
